My name's Alex. I'm a registered Personal Trainer and Nutritionist in West London, and the founder of West London Personal Training.
If you need a pelvic floor personal trainer, you're in the right place. Functional core strength is often the first casualty of 21st-century living. It's something we've got a lot of experience rebuilding because it's a prerequisite to any successful full-body strengthening programme.

Through practice and experience, we've learned to distil the process of building pelvic floor strength into a highly efficient programme that can be supported by work at home.

In addition to sessions, we'll provide a personalised programme to complete independently that re-engages the particular pelvic floor muscles that you might be lacking strength in.

We aren't physiotherapists, and can't diagnose or treat medical conditions. However, we excel at building strength and mobility very efficiently and work to the diagnosis and instructions of medical professionals to achieve this safely.

Once you've built your pelvic floor strength, you can progress to a similar strategy of strengthening across the body. If pelvic floor strength is your only objective, that's fine too!
