My name's Alex. I'm a registered Personal Trainer and Nutritionist in Shepherds Bush. 

I built West London PT around the philosophy that there are 168 hours in a week, and a transformative personal training experience must account for all of them - not just the one or two that you spend with a trainer.

That's why we write personal programmes covering nutrition, exercise and mobility - in addition to our sessions.

1) INITIAL CONSULTATION & TRIAL SESSION

When you come to us, we’ll build a strategy around your goals, body type and personality. We'll revise it until you're completely happy. This is a free discussion that can take place by phone, Zoom or even over a coffee in person.

If we're suited to help you, you'll be offered a no-obligation 60-minute trial. Your trainer will conduct a thorough assessment of your current state, before showing you what your specific training would involve. It's a chance for you to make sure you're happy before committing.

2) TRAINING BEGINS

First-rate 1-1 sessions will teach you precise training techniques and how to construct effective workouts. No effort is wasted - everything we do directly relates to your goal. 

 

With your permission, we'll assess your diet and empower you with a flexible framework. Say goodbye to food restrictions as you learn to decode labels and effortlessly match them with your goals

3) TRANSITION TO INDEPENDENCE

After three months of us accelerating your progress, you'll know precisely how to gain weight, lose weight, sculpt your body or enhance aerobic fitness. Almost all clients enjoy the process so much that they stick with us in some form anyway, which we love to see.
