We have no hesitation in directing people to other services, such as physiotherapy, if we think they're better suited to help. All of our associates offer a full 60-minute free trial, after which you're free to decide if this is the right thing for you. They'll also make a thorough assessment themselves, and let you know if you might be better off visiting an osteopath or your GP.

We build around your working setup, nutrition and habits. You'll get a tailored stretching and exercise programme to give you a strong, energized and unrestricted day-to-day experience.

As well as post-training support, you'll have a paper trail of personal documents detailing exactly what has been programmed and why. If you ever lose your rythm, you can dust off your old programmes and get right back to where you were.

This free discussion can take place by phone, Zoom or even over a coffee in person. We'll get to know your goals, fitness history, likes and dislikes. If it's within our expertise, we'll begin strategising the best possible plan for your circumstances.
