Each WLPT associate has their own style, but knowledge and kindness endure. They’ll push you to progress, but none are the sort to shout. They know that building fitness is a mental journey as much as a physical one.
You can expect honest input about what’s required, but patience and flexibility should you stumble.
FROM THE PROCESS
Training is educational - we want you to feel confident without us down the line. The process breaks down into three stages:

1. Setting clear, measurable goals and collaboratively devising an exercise strategy to achieve them.

2. Establishing a nutrition strategy to run alongside where needed.
​
3. Measured progressions each week until your goal is surpassed.

How much can you achieve working off foundation principles?
​
About 75% of Olympic-level performance. It would take a lot of effort, but that's how far the basics of strength, cardio and mobility can carry you.
Our clients are not Olympic athletes. They are, however, short on time.
The simple, zero-fluff approach maximises results from sessions.
Combine this with clear direction on diet (free personal analysis, macronutrient breakdowns), and you get fast - but sustainable - changes.
