My approach is minimalist and scientific. I understand that time is short for everybody, and I formulate a clear, no-frills exercise and nutrition plan for each client to maximise what we achieve.
Outside of proven results, I'm most rewarded by helping people change their relationship with exercise. Clients are often surprised that they find themselves looking forward to training for the first time. It's a pleasure to hear, and something I try to help everyone experience.

My clients are not Olympic athletes and don't want to be. They are, however, short on time.
