We use top-tier body scanners to assess your body composition (fat, muscle, etc.). Accurate data lets us perfectly pinpoint your plan and ensure you're on track through your fat loss journey. .

Consistency is essential for achieving your fitness goals, and having a partner makes it easier to stay on track.
With a training buddy, you’ll encourage each other to stay committed, both during sessions and in your daily routines. If you live together, this support extends even further, helping you both stay active and make the right choices at home.

We love training pairs, and are one of the only teams that don't charge extra for training with a buddy (except a £5 studio fee). You can still have access to elite-level coaching, even if you're on a budget.
