The problem with many rehab programmes is that they paint everyone with the same brush. The progressions are painfully slow. and there's no real structure to building your strength week-on-week so you can get back to your normal activities.

As strength experts, we'll devise a structured progression in line with your physio's instructions. Our sole aim is to get you back to (and beyond) normal as quickly and safely as possible.​​

As strength and conditioning experts, we have abundant experience in devising exercises to target certain muscle groups without disturbing others. We can get creative where needed to ensure your setback doesn't stop you thriving in the rest of your training.
