My name's Alex, I'm a Personal Boxing Trainer in West London. Falling in love with boxing is what led me to take my own fitness to the next level, and eventually become a trainer.
I teach my clients the skills necessary for a real opponent - even if they never plan to step in the ring.
Most of my clients are training just for fitness, fun and to pick up a new skill along the way. The workout is thorough, enjoyable and a lot more interesting than just hitting a pad!

Years of training with several professional coaches enabled me to experiment with all their philosophies and boxing styles.
Crucially, I learned each of their individual drills and teaching techniques.

Personally-written weekly exercise programs come as standard. From technical drills to strengthening exercises, you'll be empowered to progress independently - even at home. Results are not limited to what you accomplish with me.
I train clients in a state-of-the-art boxing gym, used by professionals. Boxing-specific equipment gives us the freedom to use specialised drills to accelerate your progress. I also train at home or outdoors, and provide equipment.
I provide authentic and detailed step-by-step boxing coaching that's true to the sport. The learning process leads to a more effective workout that feels enjoyable and mentally engaging. Clients walk away with a great workout and a skill for life.
Training goes beyond pad-holding. You'll learn the body mechanics required for explosive power and stability. Implementing them creates a calorie-crushing (and fun!) workout, and brings about the strength we associate with boxing.
